Doubles Final

The Final of the Doubles took place on Tuesday evening between Paul Dunkley and Maurice Such vs Mark Embra and Brian Ford. After 7 ends Paul and Maurice took 8-2 lead. This was extended by picking up a 5 on the eighth end. Mark and Brian won the next three ends and made the score 13-6. But they then dropped a 6 which effectively made sure of the result. Further 3’s on the 16th and 19th end resulted in a 28-11 win for Paul and Maurice.
